Wirsam is looking for an admin / internal sales support person to join our team in the CAPE TOWN office.

Currently based in Airport city. Envisioned move to Brackenfell area.



  • Candidate should ideally live near Brackenfell area.

  • Stable job history
  • Laboratory instrumentation or sales experience an advantage


Brief job description:


  • Reception / Switchboard duties
  • Office administration: Petty cash, fax, phones, e-mail, etc.
  • Stock/inventory control
  • General office maintenance and supplies
  • Assisting sales and technical staff with quotations, and the follow up of these quotations
  • Supporting the dealer network
  • Internal sales – quoting over the phone, and via e-mail – follow up of quotes and service work.
  • Assisting in growing Wirsam business in the great CT area with full support from Head Office
  • Assisting with tenders, road shows, exhibition, etc as required
  • Reporting to and communicating with head office (Wendy Mulaudzi) as required. Assisting head office on any admin functions as requested.
  • Reporting directly to CT Branch Manager
